Milk powder is a manufactured dairy product made by evaporating milk to dryness, containing all 21 standard amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, and are high in soluble vitamins and minerals. One purpose of drying milk is to preserve it; milk powder has a far longer shelf life than liquid milk and does not need to be refrigerated, due to its low moisture content. Another purpose is to reduce its bulk for the economy of transportation. Our milk powders are manufactured under the surveillance of our QC experts.
Milk powder is frequently used in the manufacture of infant formula, confectionery such as chocolate and caramel candy, Ice cream, and yogurt, and in recipes for baked goods where adding liquid milk would render the product too thin. Powdered milk is also widely used in various sweets.
We categorize our products into pure milk powders and formulated milk powders. Skimmed milk powders are specified with their protein, ranging from 32 up to 33 percent. This product is perfect for manufactures of infant formula and such products, where enrichment necessarily matters. We also offer formulated yet skimmed milk powders with protein ranging from 18 up to 25 percent. This product is obtained by drying mixed whey and fresh milk and is properly used in confectionery, bakery, and dairy products.
